Returns and Refunds

Fat Egg do not offer returns or refunds unless there are specific circumstances.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once you have made a purchase with us and downloaded the game.


Only in rare circumstances would we be able to provide a full refund. Such as, if there happens be errors within your game packs down to human error, we must be given the opportunity to remedy this before a refund will be provided. If we are unable to fix the error then a refund may be applicable.

If you are approved for a refund, ​we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment only, within around 7-10 working days.


Please note, a refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. you have changed your mind about a game;

  2. you bought a game by mistake;

  3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the game;

  4. you can no longer access your download because it has been removed or time elapsed (we advise you to download games as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).

  5. You input the incorrect e-mail address or do not supply an email address upon purchase to receive your download (in this instance please contact support)

  6. We change our pricing

  7. You do not have the equipment to use the game.

  8. you have received/purchased a Gift card 

Exchanging a Game

If you wish to exchange your game for an alternate product we need to ensure that no downloads have taken place on your purchase.


If this is the case, we can look at an exchange for you.


If you have made a download, you will not be able to exchange or receive a refund for the time, subject to these terms.

Statutory Rights

You may have other statutory rights, however, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the duration of this returns and refund policy will be limited to the period above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact us as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
