If you have never played a murder mystery game before than please know that you are not alone! Most people have not heard about this Eggcellent idea for a fun gathering with friends (or foes) so don't feel intimidated - we all need to start somewhere!
With this in mind, we created a shorter 4 player game for anyone to try completely free and see if it is to their liking. We know that those who enjoy board games, card games and role plays enjoy mystery games and hopefully you will enjoy it too.
Even though each Fat Egg game is based on a murder mystery, we made sure none of them are too dark or negative. Some are more serious whilst others are just ridiculously funny in order to cater for the various needs. In all cases no one knows who the murderer is till the end of the game so it is down to your whit to figure out which one of you committed the crime!
All the games are fully scripted to make life easy for everyone. This means that if you are uncertain about how to make the most out of your character then you can just read your lines and you can still actively partake in the game. Equally, if you are playing a 1980's rocknroll star there is no reason why you would not go all for it and dress up and fully immerse yourself in the game! Whether you know each player or not, you are all starting on equal grounds, so there is no reason for you to be worried about how you will perform! If you have a group of people who do not know each other it is an Eggcellent ice breaking activity as well as it allows them to build relationships and have fun at the same time. Additionally, if all players know each other it allows you to feel more comfortable and easy into the game.
So just relax, have fun and Let the game begin!
